Geberit Connect Operate sanitary facilities centrally

All end devices are networked with the Geberit Gateway, which can usually be installed in the utility room or in an easily accessible location. This gives the operator central access to the end devices, which may be distributed throughout the building.

Using the free Geberit Control app, users can centrally control all devices and access flush logs and other measured values. These logs provide evidence of regular use and water replacement of the drinking water pipes.

This can reduce both costs and time, and even complex buildings can be operated efficiently with fewer staff.

Geberit Connect provides a BACnet/IP interface for building automation, allowing all relevant end devices to be monitored and controlled.

Flexible Flushing

The networking enables the use of additional flush programs and various combinations of these programs. Up to 60 flush programs can be implemented per Geberit Gateway. By using Geberit temperature and flow rate sensors for GEBUS, temperature- or flow-dependent flush programs can also be used flexibly for different tapping points.

Without having to manually check each individual device, the user can easily view the status of all devices centrally with the Geberit Gateway in the Geberit Control app on their smartphone.

Minimal downtime through fast notification

In the event of malfunctions or errors, the on-site technician is automatically notified via email and can resolve the issue immediately. This reduces downtime and ensures smooth operation.

To ensure smooth integration of BACnet objects into building automation, it is important that the BACnet objects conform to the general standard. The BACnet Testing Laboratories (BTL) tests these for conformance and interoperability in accordance with the industry standard test suite.

Using BTL-certified products minimizes integration time and costs into a building automation system. They also provide a solid foundation for future system improvements and expansions.
